Maintenance & Care
Protective Covers
Always ensure protective covers are clean and completely dry before fitting them over your canopy or walls.
Moisture trapped inside covers may cause mildew or fabric staining.
Fasteners & Screws
Inspect all screws and bolts periodically.
Use the proper tool (Allen key or screwdriver) and ensure fittings are firm but not overtightened.
Replace missing screws immediately to prevent stress on the frame.
Legs
Keep the inner and outer legs clean and clear of tape, string, or cable ties.
Residue can cause the telescoping mechanism to jam or bind.
Truss Bars
Truss bars are critical to your canopy’s strength.
If any truss bar is bent or damaged, discontinue use until it is replaced.
When assembled correctly and used in normal weather conditions, truss bars will not fail.
Cleaning Instructions
Do not use solvents or harsh cleaners on any part of your PS canopy.
For the roof and walls, use a soft sponge or mop with warm water and mild dish detergent.
Clean with the canopy fully opened but with the legs retracted to avoid using ladders.
Allow fabric panels to air dry completely before packing away or fitting the cover.
Spot Cleaning
Remove small stains using a mild detergent and a soft cloth.
Avoid abrasive materials or brushes that may damage printed areas.
Frame Maintenance
Regularly wipe down the frame to remove dust and debris.
A light coat of silicone spray on moving joints ensures smooth operation.
Wipe away any excess before reattaching the canopy roof.
Transportation
Transport your canopy in an upright position whenever possible.
If it must be laid horizontally, remove the roof to prevent fabric scuffing or frame bending.
Avoid dragging frames or covers — lift or roll them carefully to prevent damage.
